Salmon grows in a pure and clean environment. They become even more healthier and delicious. In order to maximize the benefits of these magnificent Salmon, Marly & Dan use low temperature of 75 degrees and slow cooking method (7 hours) to maintain its high nutrition values and natural flavour.
Backed by the expertise in Salmon processing, we only use the noble part of the fish, which is the portion between the head and the tail. We leave out all the bones or whatever other part of the fish.
