Delivery Charges:

We offer FREE Delivery on orders over HK$250. A flat shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged for all orders below HK$250.

Delivery Schedule and Times:

Our standard shipping time will be 1-4 working days from the date of your order.

7 Days a Week: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

No delivery on Public Holidays.

If you have specific delivery requirements please contact us to arrange.

Special Delivery Information for Residents of Outlying Areas / Islands:

Deliveries of orders to the outlying Areas and Islands, such as Tai O, Cheung Chau, Lamma & Ping Chau Islands, will be sent by HK Post. Unfortunately home deliveries are not possible for packages over 2kg in these areas and will need to be collected from the local post office.  HK Post will notify the recipient once the order has arrived at the local post office.  Recipient should contact the post office for delivery or collection information.

Delveries to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan by courier service will take 3-5 days for the order to arrive.

We currently do not ship to locations outside of Hong Kong.

Returns Policy:

Customers can return goods purchased from us under our 14 days returns policy. Products must be unused and in good resalable condition to qualify for a full refund

All returns shipping cost is paid for by the customer except in the cases of damaged goods or wrongly shipped items within 14 days from delivery date.

If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 14 days and we will offer a refund or exchange free of charge.

We cannot accept returns for items found to be incomplete, damaged, with security seal broken or in a non resalable condition.

For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of frozen foods & treats

Clearance / Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strongly recommend that customers opt for fully insured delivery service when returning the goods as cannot be liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

Certain manufacturers provides warranty period of over 1 year. If your faulty item is within Manufacturers Warranty, please contact the manufacturer regarding repair or replacement.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be rejected upon delivery. 

Returns will usually be processed within 14 working days after arrival at our site.
