Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery to Hong Kong addresses on orders at or over HK$250, except for remote areas and outlying islands (see below).
A flat shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged for all orders below HK$250.

 

Shipping Charges for Remote Areas Mui Wo, Pui O, South Lantau, Lau Fau Shan and Tai O:

Upstairs Delivery Service

Starting from 1 September 2024, SF Express will launch the "Upstairs Delivery" value-added service.
The details about the service and charge are as follows:

During the delivery process in Hong Kong regions, if the shippment meets all the following conditions, upstairs delivery fee will be charged:
1. The delivery address does not have have elevators / lifts, or the elevators /lifts are unavailable. And
2. SF courier needs to use stairs to complete delivery (including basements). And
3.Parcel volumetric weight ≧ 20kg
Service charge：HKD $30 per floor
Payment Method: Pay by receiver

-Our standard shipping time is 1-4 working days from the date of your order.
-Deliveries generally take place from Monday to Saturday between 11 am to 8 pm.
-There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Special Delivery Information for Residents of Remote Areas and Outlying Islands

Deliveries of orders to the remote areas and outlying islands will be delivered by SF Express and normally takes between 3-7 working days. If home delivery is not possible for your location, the package may need to be collected from your local SF Express Service point.

-Deliveries to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan by courier service will take 2-5 days for the order to arrive.
-We currently do not ship to locations outside of Hong Kong.

 

Return Policy

-Customers can return goods purchased from us under our 14-days returns policy. Products must be unused and in good resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
-All returns shipping cost is paid for by the customer except in the cases of damaged goods or wrongly shipped items within 14 days from delivery date.
-If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 14 days and we will offer a refund or exchange free of charge.
-We cannot accept returns for items found to be incomplete, damaged, with security seal broken or in a non resalable condition.
-For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of frozen foods and treats.
-Clearance / Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-We strongly recommend that customers opt for fully insured delivery service when returning the goods as cannot be liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
-Certain manufacturers provides warranty period of over 1 year. If your faulty item is within Manufacturers Warranty, please contact the manufacturer regarding repair or replacement.
-Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be rejected upon delivery.
-Returns will usually be processed within 14 days after arrival at our warehouse.
