ePet Ltd Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods and services from ePet Ltd ("the Supplier") via our website. They apply to all transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed only when the Supplier dispatches your order and full payment is received and cleared. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of your request, not acceptance of the contract.

1.3 Changes to Terms

The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The latest version is available on our website.

1.4 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all orders placed under your account, including unauthorized use, unless caused by the Supplier’s negligence. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and will ensure no unauthorized person uses your account to place orders.

2.1 Pricing Accuracy

Goods are priced and described as displayed at the time of order submission. The Supplier strives for accuracy but reserves the right to cancel orders before dispatch due to pricing errors, market fluctuations, or typographical/photographical mistakes.

2.2 Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, the Supplier will notify you promptly and may offer a comparable alternative.

2.3 Price Changes

Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect confirmed orders. The Supplier reserves the right to reject orders if products are unavailable.

3.1 Requirements

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Safeguard your username and password.
• Authorize the Supplier to assume any use of your account is by you or an authorized person.

3.2 Supplier’s Rights

The Supplier may refuse or terminate registration at its discretion.

4.1 Currency

All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment must be made using methods available on the website at the time of order. Full payment is required before dispatch.

4.3 Payment Processing

Orders are dispatched and invoiced only after funds clear. The Supplier may modify payment terms without notice.

5.1 Delivery Area

Delivery is available only within Hong Kong. Orders for delivery outside Hong Kong will be canceled.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) are processed the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.

5.3 Non-Delivery

If delivery fails due to reasons within the Supplier’s control, you will be notified and refunded any delivery charges paid.

5.4 Customer Absence

• The Supplier may store the goods and charge reasonable storage and redelivery costs, or
• Treat the failure as a cancellation, refunding you within 30 days.

5.5 Delivery Delays

The Supplier will aim to deliver promptly but is not liable for delays beyond its control. You will be informed of any delays.

5.6 Weather Conditions

Delivery is suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warnings. The Supplier will contact you to reschedule.

5.7 Additional Fees

The Supplier may charge extra for redelivery if no recipient is available at the agreed time.

5.8 Address Updates

You must immediately notify the Supplier of any changes to your delivery address.

6.1 Inspection

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or defects within 24 hours. Failure to do so may affect claims against couriers or the Supplier.

7.1 Risk

Goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.

8.1 Cancellation Rights

You may notify the Supplier via email or WhatsApp to cancel the order within 30 days of receiving the goods. Telephone notifications will not be accepted.

8.2 Return Process

If you cancel after delivery, you must return the goods at your cost, unless they are faulty, in which case the Supplier will cover return shipping. Goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 30 days of the Supplier receiving your cancellation notice or returned goods.

8.4 Non-Returnable Goods

Consumables unsealed by you cannot be returned unless faulty.

9.1 Scope

The Supplier’s liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable losses at the time the contract was formed, except for death or personal injury caused by the Supplier’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9.2 Exclusions

The Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, unless caused by its negligence.
