Who it’s for

How to switch
Manufacturer transition (brand FAQ): introduce over a week or more — sensitive pets more slowly. Change one food at a time. Rotate flavours. Monitor activity, behaviour and stools; do not let the pet go more than a day or so without food. Contact a vet if digestive upset.

Storage
Keep frozen at −18°C until ready to serve. Thaw in the refrigerator 12–24 hours before serving (bottom shelf). Intact pouches may be thawed in lukewarm water. Do not microwave. Do not cook. After thawing, use within 36 hours; do not refreeze. Unused thawed food: sealed container in the fridge, still within 36 hours of thaw. May be served cold, gently warmed, or frozen. Leave in the bowl no more than 30 minutes (less on hot days); discard leftovers. Handle like raw meat: wash utensils, bowls, surfaces and hands. PET FOOD ONLY — not for human consumption.
