Nutritional Adequacy
Zignature® Freeze Dried Lamb Entrée for dogs is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages, including growth of large size dogs (70 lbs or more as an adult).
Feeding Guide

Cups per day using an 8 oz measuring cup. Puppies may need up to twice the adult amount. Adjust to body condition. Fresh water at all times.
How to rehydrate
Add 1/2 cup of cool or warm water per 1 cup of freeze-dried food. Let it absorb for about 5 minutes. Serve dry, mixed, or rehydrated. Fresh water at all times.
As a topper: about 1/4 cup per 25 lb (11 kg) body weight.
Transition Guide
Mix gradually over 7–10 days. Soft line: go slower for sensitive pets.
- Days 1–3: about 25% new food, 75% current food
- Days 4–6: about 50% new, 50% current
- Days 7–10: about 75% new, 25% current
- Then: 100% new food
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed bag. Discard any leftover rehydrated food after two hours. Wash bowls and utensils with warm soapy water.
