Delivery time
- Processing: typically within 2–4 working days for most areas; outlying islands & Mui Wo usually 3–7 working days.
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, normally 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, depending on courier, route and traffic.
- Sunday & public holidays: limited courier service — we cannot guarantee delivery.
- No delivery service: Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, and extreme weather / Black Rainstorm Warning.
- Special requests: contact us for arrangements.
Coverage notes
- Discovery Bay & Ma Wan: free delivery when your order is over HK$250 (same free-shipping threshold as most of Hong Kong).
- Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau & Mui Wo: flat HK$50 — no free delivery; normally 3–7 working days (SF self-collect points below).
- Non-deliverable: Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling.
- Outside Hong Kong: we do not ship overseas.
- Frozen food: cannot deliver to remote areas.

Return policy
30-day window
- Unused, resalable items — full refund within 30 days.
- Damaged or incorrect on delivery: notify us within 30 days for refund or free replacement.
- Customers bear return shipping unless damaged/incorrect.
Non-returnable
- Incomplete, damaged, broken safety seals, or not resalable.
- Frozen pet food — no returns or exchanges (storage & hygiene).
- Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
How to return
Return eligible items in original saleable condition to our warehouse:
Rm 7, 11/F, Vanta Industrial Centre, 21-33 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, N.T.
- Ship at your expense (SF Express, Hongkong Post, or in person), or ask us to arrange collection — courier quote deducted from store credit.
- Refund within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item(s).
- Some products include a one-year manufacturer warranty — contact the maker for repairs.

How do I choose self-collect at checkout?
Enter pickup in the Discount Code field, then select the Collection shipping method.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
Warehouse collection is available only by prior arrangement. Please contact us and reserve the stock.
How long can parcels stay in lockers?
Typically free for 24 hours after notification. Overdue fees may apply — check official carrier terms.
Do you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
Courier service is limited on Sundays and public holidays — we cannot guarantee delivery. Normal hours are Mon–Sat, about 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (depends on courier, route and traffic). There is no delivery when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or under extreme weather / Black Rainstorm Warning.

退貨政策
30 天退貨期
- 未使用且可重新銷售的貨品，可於 30 天內 全額退款。
- 送達時已損壞或錯誤：請於 30 天內通知我們，安排退款或免費更換。
- 除非損壞／錯誤，否則退貨運費由顧客承擔。
不可退貨
- 不完整、已損壞、安全封條破損或無法重新銷售。
- 急凍寵物食品 — 因儲存及衛生原因，概不退換。
- 未經授權退貨一律不予處理。
